TRUMBULL SAVINGS and Loan Co., Warren, Ohio, said James J. Antal had joined as senior vice president and chief financial officer and Arthur E. Krause as senior vice president for lending.
Mr. Antal, a certified public accountant, was senior vice president and chief financial of ficer at Metropolitan Savings Bank, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
Mr. Krause was vice president, lending, at Oshkosh Savings Bank in Wisconsin.
Trumbull Savings, with $325 million in assets, has five offices in Trumbull County.
