ATLANTA - A venture that includes units of BEI Holdings Ltd. and Bankers Trust New York Corp. has won the bidding for an RTC mortgage trust with real estate assets totaling $360 million.
Sterling American Properties LP, New York, is also a part of the venture, which won the bidding for Resolution Trust Corp. Mortgage Trust N-1 Series of 1992.
BEI Management Inc., Dallas, will be responsible for management and disposition of the portfolio of 425 assets.
