USBancorp to buy 4 Integra branches.

PITTSBURGH - UsBancorp Inc. said it has agreed to acquire deposits, loans, and four offices from Integra Financial Corp. of Pittsburgh.

Integra had to sell the Integra Bank/Pittsburgh branches, with $100 million in assets, to complete its acquisition of Equimark Corp., also of Pittsburgh. Those corporations have scheduled shareholder meetings for Dec. 22 to approve the merger.

The UsBancorp transaction, which requires regulatory approval, is expected to be completed in the first half of 1993.

UsBancorp, based in Johnstown, would pay Integra a $1.4 million premium for the branches' deposits and $10 million of performing loans, plus $300,000 for real estate. The acquisition would increase UsBancorp's assets to $1.2 billion.
