BORDENTOWN, N.J. - The Bank of Mid-Jersey, a unit of BMJ Financial Corp., has sold its Red Lion, N.J., branch to Farmers and Mechanics Savings Bank of Burlington, N.J.
Bank of Mid-Jersey said the branch, with assets of $27 million, was sold for $650,000 cash and other considerations.
