Tennessee bank names Ralph Horn president.

Ralph Horn has been named president of First Tennessee Bank, the bank has announced.

He will succeed John Dulin, who joined the bank in 1961 and is scheduled to retire Jan. 31, the company said in a statement.

Horn is currently president of First Tennessee National Corp., the bank's holding company. He also is a member of the board of directors and the executive committee of the Public Securities Association.

Succeeding Dulin in another post is John Kelley, who was named president of the Memphis Banking Group. Kelley will be in charge of the bank's corporate services group.

Kelley joined the company in 1969 as a loan and discount supervisor.
