30-year fixed loans unchanged at 8.23%.

WASHINGTON -- The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp.'s weekly survey showed lenders were asking an average 8.32% on conventional 30-year fixed-rate mortgages in the week ending Friday.

That rate was unchanged from the week through Nov. 13.

On one-year adjustable mortgages, lenders were asking an average initial rate of 5.32% last week, up from 5.20%, Freddie Mac said.
