CHICAGO -- Thomson Corp., which owns American Banker, said its Thomson Financial Publishing unit in Chicago has acquired McFadden Business Publications, an Atlanta-based directory publisher. Terms were not disclosed.
McFadden will become part of the Thomson directory and data-base division formerly owned by Rand McNally, bringing its total clients to more than 50,000.
