R. Carlos Carballada is the new president and chief executive officer at FNB Rochester Corp.
Mr. Carballada joined the the Rochester, N.Y.-based bank holding company this month after resigning from a similar post at Central Trust Co., also of Rochester.
He replaces Wilbur F. Beh, who retired as chief executive of FNB Rochester at yearend 1991.
Michael J. Falcone continues as chairman of the holding company.
Mr. Carballada began his banking carrer in 1968 at Manufacturers and Traders Bank in Buffalo.
In 1976 he moved to Citizens Central Bank in Arcade, which merged with Central Trust in 1981.
