Iowa Student Loan places a bond issue.

The Iowa Student Loan Liquidity Corp., the only state-designated secondary market for student loans in Iowa, has completed a $108 million bond issue. The proceeds are being used to provide $30 million of additional funding for higher-education loans and for extending the maturity of two existing issues.

Moody's Investors Service gave the bonds its second-highest rating.
