Robert V.A. Harra Jr., senior vice president and treasurer of Wilmington
Trust Co., has been elected president of the Delaware Bankers Association.
Mr. Harra succeeds Robert E. Dickerson, president and chief executive officer of Baltimore Trust Co., who continues as a director.
The association elected Richard A. Freytag, president of Citibank Delaware, to the post of president-elect.
George W. Forbes 3d, executive vice president, Bank of Delaware, and Sergio S, Ora Jr., senior vice president, Mellon Bank (Delaware), were elected to the association's board of directors.
