David J. Loomis has been named senior vice president of Associated Banc-Corp, Green Bay, Wis., and president of its new subsidiary, Associated Shared Services Corp.
The subsidiary, based in Menomonee Falls, consolidates the accounting, investment, human resources, marketing, and auditing support services for the 34 locations of the recently acquired F&M Financial Services Corp., Menomonee Falls.
Mr. Loomis will also be responsible for the audit and internal control functions of the parent company.
Previously, he was chief financial officer and senior vice president of F&M Financial Services.
