Wilmington Trust names Quill CEO.

WILMINGTON -- Wilmington Trust Corp. said Leonard W. Quill, 60, has been named chairman and chief executive officer, adding to his previous duties as president.

Mr. Quill succeeded Bernard J. Taylor 2d, 66, CEO since 1979. Mr. Taylor announced his retirement effective July 15 and will remain a director of the $4.3 billion-asset company.

Robert V.A. Harra Jr., 43, was elected executive vice president, joining an executive team with Mr. Quill and Ted T. Cecala, 43, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
