Glenfed, subsidiary reorganize boards.

GLENDALE, Calif. -- Glenfed Inc. and its subsidiary Glendale Federal Bank, said they had completed a reorganization of their boards.

Dean Bailey and E. Gex Williams Jr. resigned as directors of Glenfed but remain directors of the thrift. Gilbert Vasquez, Jean Roeschlaub, and Douglas Clarke, a former president of the thrift, resigned from its board but remain directors of Glenfed.

Glenfed also said it had named Diane Creel, president and chief operating officer of Earth Technology Corp., to the holding company's board; and John Kooken, former vice chairman of Security Pacific Corp., to the thrift's board.
