MILWAUKEE -- Firstar Corp. said it completed the acquisition of Geneva Capital Corp. The price was not disclosed.
Geneva, which has $50.9 million in assets, owns Citizens National Bank of Lake Geneva, Wis.
Firstar, based in Milwaukee, now owns 37 banks with 178 locations and assets of $12.3 billion.
