HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa. -- A housing construction company said its $150 million unsecured credit line, for which a PNC Financial Corp. unit is the agent, was extended a year.
The extension for Toll Brothers Inc. is to Oct. 31, 1993; terms of the facility included provision for a one-year extension.
Provident National Bank, Philadelphia, is the agent.
Toll Brothers said the facility had $22.3 million in outstanding loans and about $40 million in letters of credit issued. The company had cash and short-term marketable securities totaling $65 million, it said.
