HARTFORD, Conn. - Northeast Federal Corp. said its board has voted to change the company's fiscal yearend from March 31 to Dec. 3 1. Therefore, the current fiscal year will end on Dec. 31, 1992, and the next annual stockholders meeting will be in May 1993.
