JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - BT Financial Corp. said its lead bank, Johnstown Bank and Trust Co., has completed its acquisition of Peoples Bank One of West Lebanon, Pa.
Peoples' four offices, in West Lebanon, Washington Township, Elderton, and Duquesne, had assets of $18 million. They became branches of Johnstown Bank and Trust.
BT Financial has $900 million in assets, three banking subsidiaries, and 55 offices.
