SALT LAKE CITY - First Federal Savings Bank said it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the two Heritage Savings Bank branches in Salt Lake County, with $24 million in deposits. Heritage is based in St. George, Utah.
Gerald R. Christensen, chairman of First Federal, said one Heritage office, in ZCMI Center, would be closed. The Olympus Hills Shopping Center office will become a First Federal branch.
