ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Marine Midland Banks Inc. has named Rumrill-Hoyt Inc. as its agency for advertising and marketing communications.
The Rochester-based agency, owned by Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Worldwide, said it expects to bill more than $4 million a year for an integrated advertising and direct marketing program.
