PITTSBURGH -- Integra Financial Corp. will consolidate the mortgage businesses of its Integra Bank units and of Landmark Savings Association, a pending acquisition, in a new subsidiary.
Integra Mortgage Co. is expected to be in place by July. It will have more than 200 banking offices in western Pennsylvania and loan production offices in parts of Virginia and central and eastern Pennsylvania.
John T. Gregor was named president and chief executive officer of the mortgage company.
