METAPHOR INC., Mountain View, Calif., a subsidiary of International Business Machines Corp., appointed Martin D. Meeker vice president, finance, and Chris M. Grejtak vice president, marketing.
Mr. Meeker formerly headed his own consulting firm, which specialized in general and financial management consulting for high technology companies.
Mr. Grejtak was a senior vice president of marketing and sales at Cooperative Solutions.
