COMERICA Bank-Texas, Dallas, has promoted Pat Faubion and Edward K. Mims to executive vice president. Both are members of the bank's executive management team.
Mr. Faubion, formerly a senior vice president, is now executive vice president for the loan administration division.
He is responsible for credit policy, credit administration, loan collections, consumer compliance, and community reinvestment activities.
Mr. Mims has become executive vice president and continues as chief financial officer of the bank. He had been senior vice president and CFO.
