CHICAGO - X4. Jane Dickey, a partner at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, was formally installed last night as president of the National Association of Bond Lawyers at the group's annual bond workshop here.
She replaces Fredric A. Weber, a partner with Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston, who remains on the association's board.
Neil P. Arkuss, a partner at Palmer & Dodge in Boston, was named president-elect, and will succeed Ms. Dickey as president in the fall of 1993.
Andrew R. Kintzinger, a lawyer with Briggs and Morgan in Minneapolis, became the association's treasurer. Fred Rosenfeld, a lawyer with Gust Rosenfeld in Phoenix, was named secretary.
Two new members were elected to the group's board: Charles S. Henck, a lawyer with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in Washington, D.C., and Mae Nan Ellingson, a lawyer with the.firm of Dorsey & Whitney in Missoula, Mont.
Three association members retired from the 13-member board: Richard Chirls, a parltner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York; Paul S. Maco, a lawyer with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. in Boston; and Karen Hedlund, a partner with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Los Angeles.
