FIRST NATIONAL BANK, Chicago Heights, Ill., has elected Bruce R. Werth as president. Raymond Grothaus continues as chairman.
Mr. Werth has been with the bank since October 1972 and has worked in the areas of operations, branch management, compliance, marketing, and most recently as executive vice president of the bank.
