First Colonial Bank - shares Corp., Chicago, said Stephen D. Daniels has joined the bank holding company as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Mr. Daniels comes to First Colonial from Lane Industries Inc., where he was vice president and treasurer. He was previously senior vice president and chief financial officer at First United Financial Services.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
