MBNA CORP., Newark, Del., has named Thomas P. McGinley president and chief executive officer of MBNA International Bank Ltd.
MBNA International, which opened this month in Chester, England, will issue credit cards in the United Kingdom. It is a subsidiary of MBNA America Bank.
Mr. McGinley had been responsible for the management of MBNA's regional offices and has more than 20 years of experience in consumer lending. He is moving to the United Kingdom with his family.
