ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. - First Security Bank, a unit of First Security Corp., said it has completed its acquisition of State Bank of Green River, Wyo.
Terms were not disclosed, but as previously reported, the company said State Bank shareholders would receive an undetermined number of First Security common shares.
