UJB's discount brokerage adopts corporate name.

UJB Financial Corp.'s discount brokerage unit has changed its name.

Effective Nov. 1, Richard Blackman & Co. adopted the name UJB Investor Services Co.

"We are taking this step to align ourselves closer to our parent organization," Joseph J. McCaffrey, the unit's president, said in a letter to clients.

UJB Financial, with $13 billion of assets, is based in Princeton, N.J. Its brokerage subsidiary operates offices in six New Jersey towns.

Nancy Washburn Lee has been named a vice president of the Holden Group, a Los Angeles-based company that markets annuities through banks.

In her new post, Ms. Lee will focus on delivering services to community banks on the West Coast, the company announced.

Previously, she was a sales executive for Beneficial Insurance Group, Los Angeles.
