WASHINGTON - The Office of Thrift Supervision has named Richard C. Stearns deputy chief counsel for enforcement, a new position created through a reorganization of its enforcement division.
Mr. Stearns will supervise the agency's enforcement staff nationwide. Formerly, he was deputy chief counsel for regional enforcement.
