Diversified Investment Advisors Inc., a pension investments manager, will become a subsidiary of Aegon USA Inc. by yearend, if regulators approve.
Diversified, which is based in Purchase, N.Y., will give Aegon investment and administrative support. Aegon USA, a retirement plan sponsor with $20 billion in assets, specializes in life and health insurance as well as annuity and investment products.
