Early next year, ICM Electronic Banking Services of Great Neck, N.Y., plans to release a version of its electronics wholesale banking software to support Microsoft Corp.'s Windows software. ICM officials are hopeful that their biggest customer, J.P. Morgan & Co. of New York, will obtain the Windows software.
