CHICAGO -- Northern Trust Corp. said its quarterly cash dividend will be increased to 22 cents a common share from 18.5 cents.
Chief executive David W. Fox said the 19% increase "reflects Northern's favorable earnings performance and strong capital position, as well as a positive outlook for the corporation's continued growth."
