Citibank exec to lead Delaware trade group.

Richard A. Freytag, president of Citibank Delaware, New Castle, was elected president of the Delaware Bankers Association.

Citibank Delaware primarily provides cash management services for corporate clients. Mr. Freytag is also president and chief executive officer of Citicorp Banking Corp., which holds most of Citicorp's domestic nonbank subsidiaries and conducts a banking business through branches in markets overseas.

As president of the trade group he succeeds Robert V. A. Harra Jr., executive vice president of Wilmington Trust Co.

The group also elected Donald R. Brunner, senior vice president of J.P. Morgan Delaware, Wilmington, to the post of president-elect, and Harold L. Slatcher, president and chief executive officer of County Bank in Rehoboth Beach, to the board of directors.
