The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland said Thomas M. Nies, president and chief executive of Cincom Systems Inc., Cincinnati, has been elected to its board of directors.
Alfred C. Liest, chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Apple Creek Banc Corp. and Apple Creek Banking Co., Apple Creek, Ohio, was reelected to the board.
Both will serve three-year terms beginning Jan. 1.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
