UNITED BANK of Philadelphia has elected Evelyn F. Smalls as vice president and director of human resources.
Her responsibilities will include policy development and implementation, salary administration, job evaluation, benefit planning, recruitment, employee and manager relations, and training and development.
Ms. Smalls was a partner and management consultant for Community Development Services Group of Pennsylvania.
She will have additional responsibilities at United bank including the management of the internal audit function and as senior compliance officer.
