WICHITA, Kan. -- Fourth Financial Corp. announced an agreement to buy Western National Bancorp. of Tulsa, Okla., for stock valued at $34 million.
Western, a one-bank holding company with $206 million in assets, would be the third Fourth Financial acquisition in Oklahoma. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
After completing the acquisitions, Fourth Financial will $1.7 billion of assets in Oklahoma and $6.6 billion overall.
