Huntington notes are priced to yield 6.80%.

A $100 million issue of Huntington National Bank subordinated notes was priced through underwriters led by Lehman Brothers Inc.

The notes, due June 15, 2003, were priced to yield 6.80%, 75 basis points above the Treasury's 10-year note.

The issue was rated A3 by Moody's Investors Service Inc. and A-minus by Standard & Poor's Corp.

The Bank is owned by Huntington Bancshares.
