Card securities from First Deposit are priced.

NEW YORK - Two offerings of First Deposit National Bank credit card securities, totaling $1 billion, were priced through underwriters led by Chase Securities Inc.

First Deposit Master Trust 1993-1, a $500 million issue with a 2.5-year average life, was priced to yield 4.964%, 50 basis points over Treasuries.

The securities were rated triple-A by Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poor's Corp.

First Deposit Master Trust 1993-2, a $500 million issue, was priced to yield 5.86%, 53 basis points over Treasuries. The securities were also rated triple-A.

First Deposit, a credit card bank, is based in Tilton, N.H.
