Harris' CEO leaving: McNally named.

CHICAGO - B. Kenneth West, chief executive of Harris Bankcorp, said on Wednesday that he will step down from the post.

Harris, the U.S. subsidiary of Bank of Montreal, named Alan G. McNally, a veteran officer of the Canadian bank, to succeed him. Mr. West, 59, will remain chairman of Harris for an indefinite period.

Donald S. Hunt, Harris' president, assumed the additional post of chief operating officer, the company said.
