VISA INTERNATIONAL, San Francisco, has elected six new directors.
They are: Peter Ellwood, group chief executive of TSB Bank, Birmingham, England; Eiji Tamai, president of Sumitomo Credit Service Co., Tokyo; Karl Lotter, member of the board of Berliner Bank in Berlin; Gianni Testoni, managing director of Banca d'America e d'Italia, Milan; J. David Livingston, vice president of Toronto Dominion Bank, Toronto; and Yaacov Dior, general manager of Bank Leumi Ler Israel, Tel Aviv.
F. Phillips Giltner has been designated vice chairman of the Visa International board. He is president of the First National Bank of Nebraska in Omaha.
