THE FEDERAL HOME LOAN Bank of Boston has elected G. William Ellis, James H. Adams, and Marvin Siflinger to the board of directors. Mr. Ellis is president and chief executive officer of Northfield Savings Bank, Northfield, Vt.
Mr. Adams is president and chief executive officer of NFS Savings Bank, Nashua, N.H. Mr. Siflinger is executive director of the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency.
