FIRST UNION NATIONAL Bank of Virginia, Roanoke, has elected two additional members to serve on the board.
They are Donald G. Smith, chairman and chief executive officer of Roanoke Electirc Street Corp., and James T. Holland, president of O'Sullivan Corp. in Winchester.
Mr. Smith is also the president and treasurer of his company.
