MERCANTILLE Bancorp, St. Louis, has elected Robert L. Stark and Joseph G. Werner directors of the bank holding company.
Mr. Stark recently retired as executive vice president at Hallmark Cards Inc. in Kansas City, Mo. Mr. Werner is president of Werner Investments, St. Louis.
