KEYCORP, Albany, N.Y., has appointed Frederick E. Wolfert chairman, president, and chief executive of its Key Bank USA unit.
Mr. Wolfert also will retain his presidency of Keycorp Leasing Ltd., Keycorp's equipment leasing company.
He joined Keycorp in 1988 as senior vice president of Key Financial Services Inc.
