TUCSON, Ariz. -- Envirotest Systems Corp. said it has signed a commitment letter for a $ 1 00 million, three-year revolving credit facility from Union Bank of Switzerland.
The facility is to replace a $30 million credit. On the third year after the closing date, the new credit will be convertible, under certain conditions, into a term loan maturing on the sixth anniversary of the closing.
Envirotest now tests car emissions in eight states.
