WASHINGTON - The Government Finance Officers Association is planning to hold three seminars within the next four weeks on the Internal Revenue Service's new arbitrage rules and tax-exempt bond enforcement program.
IRS officials are expected to brief state and local issuers at the seminars, which are scheduled to be held in San Francisco on July 27, in Chicago on July 29 and in Washington, D.C., on Aug. 2.
