Donald A. Winkler has become president and chief executive officer of Finance One Corp., a newly formed affiliate of Banc One Corp.
Finance One, a direct subsidiary of Banc One Diversified Services Corp., was created as a national consumer finance company with multiple lines of businesses.
Mr. Winkler had been with Citicorp since 1976. He served in a number of executive positions there in operations, consumer finance and corporate banking.
Since 1990, he had been Citicorp's division executive of global funds transfer and financial information businesses.
