VALLEY BANK, Janesville, Wis., an affiliate of Valley Bancorp., has named Patty W. Amundson president and chief operating officer.
Ms. Amundson has-been executive vice president of the bank since September 1992, with responsibility for overal day-today operations.
She succeeds Ronald K. Ochs, who has become chiefexecutive.
Mr. Ochs replaces Rowland J. McClellan, who remains chairman of the board of directors.
