Barry W. Blank has been appointed a principal of Earnings Performance Group Inc., Short Hills, N.J., which provides productivity and profitability improvement services for banks and thrifts.
Mr. Blank was formerly senior vice president in the business banking division for Citizens First National Bank, Glen Rock, N.J.
Before that, he held various senior management positions for First American Bankshares, Washington, Southeast Bank, Miami, Fidelity Union Bancorp., Newark, N.J., and several community banks in Washington.
In his role of regional marketing executive, Mr. Blank will work closely with Charles S. Forbes, a principal and marketing director for the company.
