HONG KONG -- Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. said its Hong Kong branch plans to issue put and call warrants on gold.
The warrants, exercisable at any time over two years, will permit investors to sell gold at $406 an ounce or buy it at $411 an ounce. Settlement is in Hong Kong dollars, rather than the metal itself.
